Your CPU is MUCH better than your GPU, so that means two primary things:
1. the GPU will be the limiting factor all the time
2. a GPU upgrade will be VERY noticeable.
You
can do 60FPS fine, but probably only at low to medium settings. This is
ENTIRELY because of the GPU. Upgrade to a 970/390 and youll have 60 on
high/ultra.
i7 4790 is top of the line for Gen 5, still very
much at the top of the list. 16GB RAM is over the standard "gaming spec"
by 2x.
And then the 750Ti is an entry level gaming card, pretty
much as low as you can go and still call it a "gaming" card. HUGE
disparity in that system.
